The design consultation is where we will do an on-site walk-thru and hear from you about your vision and ideas for your desired project outcome. We will find out what is and isn’t working, and determine how we can solve any design challenges you may have. Together we will define the necessary scope of your project and then deliver to you a detailed design proposal for all of the design work, timelines and design fees to make your project a reality.
This is where the magic truly begins! We will bring your project to life in the form of drawings and images. These may include: floor plans, elevations, furniture and lighting plans, detail drawings and 3D renderings and sketches. All to help you visualize your project in greater detail. Once the design is finalized, we will then specify all the furniture, finishes, lighting, equipment and budget as it relates to the interior design of your project. These items will be presented to you in the form of images and samples for your review. Upon your acceptance of the final selections, we will then place purchase orders and oversee and coordinate the delivery and installation of these products and materials for your project. We are with you from the very beginning to the very end!
